Anyone who runs a Facebook fan page (abbreviated as “page”) frequently needs to switch between their personal account and their page account.
However, sometimes just figuring out how to switch accounts is a bit of a hassle. It’s even so troublesome that some admins occasionally forget to switch, producing plenty of jokes about real politicians’ fake admin accounts praising themselves.
In fact, the newer Facebook mobile and tablet apps already provide a convenient switching mechanism — with just two simple steps you can freely switch accounts.
Quickly Switching Between User and Page Accounts
Please refer to Figure 1 below. In the bottom-right corner of the Facebook app screen there is a menu icon ”≡”.

Figure 1, Facebook menu.
Simply press and hold that icon with your finger without letting go, and after a few seconds a new page will slide up, as shown in Figure 2 below.
Please refer to Figure 2 below. On the newly opened “Your profiles and pages” screen, one personal account (main account) and multiple fan page accounts will appear. Just tap to switch according to your needs.

Finally, a small note: many admins may use their page account to leave comments under other fan pages, or even open all sorts of random pages to argue under other fan pages.
Now Facebook seems to have a tendency to prevent us from using a fan page identity to leave comments under other pages’ ads, so we can no longer take the opportunity to post free advertising.
