PayPal Users Only: Claim a Free NT$300 Reward

The internationally renowned third-party payment service provider “PayPal” launched a free reward event at the end of 2021. This offer applies to eligible individual PayPal account holders in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu, who can unconditionally receive a year-end gift of NT$300 for free.

How to Claim the PayPal Reward

Eligible PayPal users only need to, during the event period, open the relevant event email in their inbox, click the link belonging to this offer as shown in the figure below, and claim the “reward.”

Then the link opens the new official PayPal website; after logging into your account, the system will automatically credit NT$300 to the user’s account (please refer to the figure below).

Don’t miss it as you pass by — do not delete the reward notification as if it were an ordinary advertising email. If you did not receive the event selection email, please check your mailbox’s trash or spam folder to see whether it was automatically blocked by the system.

You can also try logging directly into your PayPal account; you may see a reward promotional image like the one below on the homepage, and clicking it will likewise grant you the $300 reward funds.

Note that the PayPal reward event is not something everyone can get. Besides the time limit, there is also a limit of the first 40,000 applicants, so those who want it should hurry. In addition, who can receive this reward money is subject to the official’s own internal screening mechanism, so do not be discouraged if you do not get it.

PayPal Reward Event Rules

Eligible Participants

Any resident of Taiwan who meets the following conditions may participate: (1) at least 18 years old; (2) during the “Offer Period” (defined separately below), holding a valid, continuously existing account of PayPal Taiwan Ltd. (an “Eligible Account”); (3) having received an officially certified offer event invitation (the eligibility to receive this invitation is at PayPal’s sole discretion).

Offer Period

From 12:00am Taiwan time on November 11, 2021, to 11:59pm Taiwan time on December 31, 2021.

Reward

After completing the above steps and being verified, the “Eligible Participant’s” account balance will receive NT$300 in PayPal credit (the “Reward”). This “Reward” will be credited to the “Eligible Participant’s” “Eligible Account” within about seventy-two hours, and may be credited earlier. This offer is limited in quantity, and the “Reward” is issued on a first-come, first-served basis. **The maximum quantity is at PayPal’s sole discretion, and once the quota is full, the Reward will stop being issued. **Each “Eligible Account” may claim the “Reward” only once.
