Uniform Invoice Prize Redemption Regulations

1. Winners shall, during the redemption period, bring their national ID card (non-citizens may substitute with a passport, residence permit, or entry/exit permit issued by the National Immigration Agency of the Ministry of the Interior, etc.) and the winning uniform invoice receipt, and redeem in person at the counter during the business hours announced by the issuing unit; no prizes may be claimed after the deadline.
2. Uniform invoice receipts that do not state the amount as required may not be used to claim prizes.
3. Where the purchaser of the uniform invoice is a government agency, public enterprise, public school, military unit, or business entity, no prize may be claimed.
4. Winners of the Fourth Prize (inclusive) or above shall, as required, have 20% income tax withheld by the issuing unit.
5. Winners of the Fifth Prize (inclusive) or above shall, as required, pay 0.4% stamp tax.
6. For a winning uniform invoice, only one prize may be claimed per invoice, based on its highest prize category.
7. All other matters concerning prize redemption shall be handled in accordance with the “Uniform Invoice Prize Regulations.”
