Uniform Invoice Number Prize Redemption Rules

1. Winners should bring their national ID card (non-citizens may use a passport, residence permit, or entry/exit permit issued by the National Immigration Agency as a substitute) and the winning uniform invoice receipt during the redemption period, and redeem in person at the counter during the business hours announced by the issuing financial institution. Late redemption is not allowed.
2. If the uniform invoice receipt does not state the amount as required, the prize may not be claimed.
3. If the uniform invoice buyer is a government agency, public enterprise, public school, military unit, or business entity, the prize may not be claimed.
4. For the fourth prize (inclusive) and above, the issuing unit shall withhold 20% income tax as required.
5. For the fifth prize (inclusive) and above, a 0.4% stamp tax shall be paid as required.
6. For a winning uniform invoice, only one prize may be claimed per invoice based on its highest prize category.
7. Other matters related to prize redemption shall be handled in accordance with the “Uniform Invoice Prize Regulations.”

Since January 1, ROC Year 108, post offices under Chunghwa Post have stopped redeeming uniform invoices: “New System Launched in Year 108: Salary 23K, Labor Insurance Increase, Heavy Motorcycle Parking Spaces, Straw Ban, and Income Tax Exemption.”
