Uniform Invoice Number Prize Redemption Rules

1. Winners should bring their national ID card (non-citizens may use a passport, residence permit, or entry/exit permit issued by the National Immigration Agency as a substitute) and the winning uniform invoice receipt during the redemption period, and redeem in person at the business hours announced by the issuing unit; overdue redemption is not allowed.
2. If the uniform invoice receipt does not state the amount as required, the prize cannot be claimed.
3. If the buyer of the uniform invoice is a government agency, public enterprise, public school, military unit, or business entity, the prize cannot be claimed.
4. For the fourth prize and above, 20% income tax shall be withheld by the issuing unit as required.
5. For the fifth prize and above, a 0.4% stamp tax shall be paid as required.
6. For a winning uniform invoice, only one prize may be claimed per invoice, based on the highest prize category won.
7. Other matters related to prize redemption shall be handled in accordance with the “Uniform Invoice Prize Regulations.”
