How to Claim a Winning Invoice

1. Winners should, during the prize claiming period, bring their national ID card (non-citizens may substitute a passport, residence permit, or a document issued by the National Immigration Agency permitting entry and exit) and the winning uniform invoice receipt, and claim in person at the counter during the business hours announced by the issuing unit; overdue claims will not be paid.
2. If the uniform invoice receipt does not state the amount as required, the prize may not be claimed.
3. If the buyer of the uniform invoice is a government agency, public enterprise, public school, military unit, or business entity, the prize may not be claimed.
4. For those winning the fourth prize or above, 20% income tax shall be withheld by the issuing unit as required.
5. For those winning the fifth prize or above, a 0.4% stamp tax shall be paid as required.
6. For a winning uniform invoice, only one prize may be claimed per invoice according to its highest winning prize category.
7. Other prize claiming matters shall be handled in accordance with the “Uniform Invoice Prize Regulations.”
