Prize Claim Guidelines and Regulations

1. Identification: Claimants must present valid personal identification (National Identification Card for citizens; passport, Alien Resident Certificate [ARC], or entry/exit permit for foreign nationals) together with the original winning invoice stub at designated financial or retail institutions during business hours. Expired receipts cannot be honored.
2. Specified Transaction Amount: The receipt stub must show a valid purchase amount in compliance with tax regulations; blank or zero-dollar stubs are ineligible.
3. Ineligible Buyers: Invoices issued to government agencies, state-owned enterprises, public schools, military units, or registered corporate business entities (with business tax ID / UBN) are excluded from prize claims.
4. Tax Withholding: Prizes from the Fourth Prize (NT$4,000) and above are subject to a statutory 20% withholding income tax.
5. Stamp Duty: Prizes from the Fifth Prize (NT$1,000) and above are subject to a 0.4% stamp duty if claimed in cash (exempt when credited through the official e-invoice app to a verified bank account).
6. One Prize per Receipt: Each winning invoice is eligible to claim only the highest prize tier matched.
