The government’s NT$3,000 Triple Stimulus Voucher (also called a consumption voucher—you pay NT$1,000 and the government gives NT$2,000) issued in response to the COVID-19 pandemic is about to expire at the end of this year. If you still have unused paper vouchers in hand, please spend them as soon as possible to avoid waste.
In addition, those who originally bound the voucher to an electronic payment (LINE and iPASS) may now want to know how to check the spending amount they have accumulated so far.
Because those who bound it to a mobile payment must first spend NT$3,000 via LINE Pay before iPASS gives us the extra NT$2,000. If you fail to spend the full amount before December 31, the most likely outcome is that your previous spending simply becomes an invalid record, and the government saves NT$3,000 without knowing where it will be used.
During the binding period, register on the “iPASS Triple Stimulus Voucher Website” and spend a cumulative NT$3,000 at iPASS partner stores nationwide or on transportation to meet the voucher cashback conditions. Once you receive the iPASS text message notification, you can take your bound iPASS card to any of the four major convenience stores and tap it to collect the NT$2,000 stimulus cashback.

iPASS Triple Stimulus Voucher Platform (Query)
Because the LINE app on mobile phones does not support users directly checking their accumulated spending balance, you must use the “iPASS Triple Stimulus Voucher Platform[1]” built by iPASS to check (see Figure 1 below).
To log in to the iPASS Triple Stimulus Voucher Platform on the official website, users only need to provide their “ID number” and “phone number,” which is convenient for relatives and partners to help check as well.

See Figure 2 below. After logging in, five functions appear, and the second one, “Target Achievement Query,” lets you check your accumulated spending amount.

Once your cumulative spending reaches NT$3,000, the iPASS system will notify you that the target has been met (see Figure 3 below) and tell you how long it will take to credit the NT$2,000 Triple Stimulus Voucher cashback to your account (you can choose to withdraw at a convenience store ATM or transfer it directly to your mobile LINE Pay account).

In addition, the iPASS Triple Voucher Platform in Figure 2 above also has an “Early Bird Query” function, which lets you check whether you qualify for the early bird and late bird rewards.
Although the super early bird reward of 400 points (NT$400) was claimed long ago, the early bird 200-point offer and the late bird 100 LINE Points still have quota available (probably because everyone later found it troublesome and just collected paper vouchers). Hurry up and spend your NT$3,000 to get your NT$2,000 back and earn extra reward points (one LINE Point equals NT$1)!
