According to the latest statistics, Czechia has retained its title as the world champion of baldness with an astonishing 42.8%! It seems Czech men are doing quite well at keeping their heads clear and sunny.
Spain follows closely behind with a baldness rate as high as 42.6%. Germany ranks third with a baldness rate of 41.2%.
Surprisingly, the countries ranked fifth and sixth are France and the UK, both with a baldness rate of 39.2%. The men in these two countries also seem to be fighting a battle against baldness.
Our North American neighbor across the Pacific, the USA, has a baldness rate of 37.9%, ranking ninth. Canada is slightly lower than the USA, with a baldness rate of 36.3%, perhaps because its air is fresher.
Interestingly, even Switzerland, said to be full of fairy tales and forests, has not been spared when it comes to protecting the top of the head; its baldness rate is still as high as 33.8%, ranking thirteenth. Russia and Australia have baldness rates of 33.3% and 32.8% respectively.
As for Asian countries, the highest baldness rate is in Japan, at 26.8%. Although lower than other Western countries, it still shows that the phenomenon of baldness on top of the head is widespread around the world.
