Apple’s latest tablet operating system, Apple iPadOS 16.5, has recently been fully released. Apple fans who haven’t caught up yet can manually download the update in “Settings > General > Software Update”.

- Web app notifications added to the Home Screen
- The “Duplicates” album in “Photos” expands support for detecting duplicate photos and videos in the “iCloud Shared Photo Library”
- “VoiceOver” supports maps in the “Weather” App
- “Accessibility” settings can automatically dim video when flashing lights or strobe effects are detected

- Fixed an issue where Apple Pencil might become unresponsive when drawing or writing in the “Notes” App
