In view of the severe impact of the 2019 novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19), the Financial Supervisory Commission of the Republic of China (FSC) announced that from April 20 until the day the Central Epidemic Command Center is dissolved, members of the public and bank staff entering bank business premises with an elevated temperature or without a mask shall not be allowed to enter!
To avoid threats to the operation of the financial system, the FSC, after consulting with the Central Epidemic Command Center of the Republic of China, announced that from April 20, 2020 (ROC year 109) until the day the Central Epidemic Command Center is dissolved, everyone entering bank business premises must wear a mask and cooperate with temperature measurement. If a person does not wear a mask or refuses to wear one, or has a forehead temperature exceeding 37.5°C or an ear temperature exceeding 38°C on two consecutive measurements, the bank may prohibit the person from entering the business hall.
Officials from the Banking Bureau of the FSC emphasized, “Wear a mask when handling business at the bank — protect yourself and protect others!” To implement epidemic prevention, everyone is asked to cooperate. If you have a fever, please rest at home to prevent the spread of the epidemic and related risks.
